On occasion, the staff of Sequoyah Software & Consutling, Inc turns to the expert help of their Advisory Board.  The members of the Advisory Board were picked for their years of experience in the utilty industry and their willingness to help SSCi and their clients.  The board's experience gives Sequoyah Software great insight into the needs and wants of their clients.

Julie Hudgins

Communities Unlimited, Inc.

Julie has over 20 year’s extensive knowledge of rural utilities due to 19 years with the Stilwell Area Development Authority, starting as Chief Financial Officer eventually achieving the position of General Manager, over 3 years as a rural water consultant, and now as the Community Environmental Management Specialist with Communities Unlimited, Inc. 

She provides on-site technical assistance and training for water and wastewater system management and operations for small towns and rural communities with populations less than 10,000.

Ruperto "Saso" Aguilar

Office Manager - Rogers County RWD #2

Mr Aguilar has been working for rural water systems since 2000 with over eight years experience as manager at Rural Water District #2 in Rogers County.  He maintains and manages a water system with over 1,200 service connections in Northern Oklahoma.

Bobbie Alberty

Board Member- Rogers CountyRWD #8, Web Administrator - Rogers County RWD #3

Ms. Alberty has worked in Rural Water and specifically with Sequoyah Software since 2001. She currently holds C-Water & C-Lab licenses.  Currently she  is a Board Member of RWD 8 Rogers County, OK since 2011.  She also works as the web administrator at RWD 3 Rogers County, OK.  Her duties include monitoring and troubleshooting all pc and Itron related issues, preparing billing, loading and unloading reading equipment, transacting auto pay and various other office tasks.
